At Rayan Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange policy below:
Time Frame for Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your delivery notification.
Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Only regular-priced items may be exchanged.
Exchange Options
- You may exchange for the same item or an item of equal value.
- If you choose a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at: naoire@yahoo.fr.
- We will provide you with the address of our storage facility in Morocco.
- Include your original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
Shipping for Exchanges
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide shipping labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Additional Notes
- Please unwrap your rug or pillow promptly after delivery. Prolonged packaging (over 2 weeks) may affect the product’s condition.
- Complaints or exchange requests must be submitted within 1-2 business days of delivery.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
